Since qualifying as a Beauty Therapist in 2012, Lauren extended her love of the industry by continuing to train and qualify in Spa Therapy in 2013. Lauren then went on to complete a Foundation degree in Salon Management in 2015. Lauren has progressed and gained valuable experience by working in both the customer service and spa industry. Since joining the LaserWise Team, Lauren has been able to bring her different skill set into a clinical environment delivering great customer service, professionalism with a therapeutic touch.
